Devon Blue – Matured for three to six months, Devon Blue has a smooth creamy texture coupled with a round buttery flavour
Westcombe Cheddar – This handmade cheese has a mellow tang but long notes of citrus, hazelnut & caramel
Tunworth – A long lasting sweet, nutty flavour and a creamy texture with a thin wrinkled rind. Tunworth Cheese is made by hand in small batches in their purpose-built creamery with pasteurised whole cow’s milk.
Wyfe of Bath – The Wyfe of Bath is a farmhouse style cheese made from organic pasteurized cow’s milk. It is a semi-hard cheese, the recipe for which is loosely based on a Dutch gouda.
Blacksticks Blue -Named the ‘Daddy of all Blue Cheeses’ by Celebrity Chef Simon Rimmer this blue veined cheese is not to be forgotten. It has a mild creamy, soft ‘melt in the mouth’ texture but bears no resemblance to other blue cheeses such as Stilton
